The Ottawa Outaouais ODN seeks to realize the full potential of those interested in organization development by providing regular learning events to bring about constructive change in organizations.

Specific Objectives and Purposes

• to provide a collegial forum for professional development and dialogue for Organization Development practitioners and enthusiasts from all sectors and levels of experience
• to provide opportunities for sharing information about professional activities, exchanging ideas and experiences, and learning new methods and approaches from experts and colleagues in the field of Organization Development
• to support its members' quests to deliver high quality Organization Development services and products to their clients
• to foster and promote OD within the region
• to work towards further growth and development of the OD practitioners both individually and collectively.
